HOUSE RULES

Booking Confirmation & Payment

To confirm the booking, 50% of the payment is to be paid and the following needs to be provided:

- ID/Passport copies of all guests

- Your email address

- Your phone number

Payment Methods:

- Local transfer (OMT/ Western Union/ BoB Finance/ Whish) under the name of Elie Atef Abi Habib, or under Account number +9613019020 (For Whish)

- Transfer through Whish App under Casadar

- Online Payment Link to pay via your Debit/Credit Card (Please note that a 6% fee will be added for the payment gateway)

Your booking has been temporarily added to the system and will be removed automatically by the system after 3 hours if not paid.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund:
Cancellations made one month before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

Credit Option:
Cancellations made one week before the booking date will receive a credit equal to the deposited amount. This credit can be used for a future booking within the next 2 months.

No Refund:
Cancellations made less than one week before the booking date will result in the loss of the deposited amount.

Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances), a full refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation date.

General Policies

- Guests are prohibited from getting their food and beverage from outside Casadar.

- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay (unless agreed upon ahead as part of the booking). Invitees are not allowed to enter the Guests' room and the pools.

- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.

- Smoking within the rooms is prohibited.

- Eating within the rooms is prohibited.

- Eating by the pool is only allowed when approved by the management.

- Loud music is prohibited within the rooms and common areas (unless the guest has booked all of Casadar).

- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

- As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof. We only accept ID Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.

- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

- The guest will need to pay if there is any damage to the Property. A deposit is to be withhold either in cash or through the Guest’s credit card.

 

Pets' Rules

- Pets are allowed when certain conditions are met.

- The pet needs to be on a leash when wandering around.

- The pet cannot enter to the Clubhouse (restaurant and bar) areas and all pool areas.

- A temporary deposit of $100 needs to be paid ahead of your stay. The deposit will be returned once inspection is done on Check-out.
