Full Refund:
Cancellations made one month prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
Credit Option:
Cancellations made one week prior to the booking date will receive a credit equal to the deposited amount. This credit can be used for a future booking within the next 2 months.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than one week prior to the booking date will result in the loss of the deposited amount.
Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances), a full refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation date.
